Decisions and Discernment TUC #21 (Acts 21:1-40)

Bo Grace, September 10, 2017
Part of the The Unstoppable Church series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

One of the greatest gifts God gave to man is the ability to choose. Sometimes we refer to it as “free will.” God could have created us as mindless robots, but He didn’t. God could have predestined every area of our lives where our choices would be pre-programmed, but He didn’t. This “gift” can also be a great “curse” depending on how well we make our decisions.

You have, or will make many important decisions in your life: To marry – or not – and to whom. (2 people have to make the same decision on that one!) School. Work. Friends. Hobbies. Time. Diet. Health, on and on we could go. And the most important decision – to become – and be – a follower of Christ.
